Why can’t I receive card payments?
You can’t receive card payments if your account type is personal.
To accept payments from your payers via card, you must have a business account.
A business account enables merchant payment features, allowing you to receive funds through debit or credit cards securely.
If you’re currently using a personal account, consider upgrading to a business account to start accepting card payments from customers.
