Request a Payment

You can request money from your Payees for services, invoices, or transactions.


On Web:

  1. From the dashboard, click Pay/Request.

  2. Select a Payee from your list (or add a new one by clicking + New Payee).

  3. Click Request.

  4. Enter the Amount.

  5. Enter Invoice Number, Memo, and upload invoice (these three are optional).

  6. Click Request.

On Mobile:

  1. By default, you will be landed on the payment page.

  2. Enter the Amount.

  3. Click Request.

  4. Select a Payee or add new one.

  5. Enter Invoice Number, Note, and upload invoice (these three are optional).

  6. Click Request.
